A few tips to maintain the Xtreme physique.

1) Eat 5-6 small meals a day and keep your body hydrated. This will help you increase your metabolism.

2) Eat a healthy diet, cut down on excessive calories and MOVE MORE.

3) Incidental exercise is the exercise we get doing everyday activities for e.g. taking the stairs instead of the lift. This can make a big difference between losing or maintaining your weight.

4) Motivate yourself by setting short term goals. Short term goals are more achievable therefore keeping you motivated to progress and fulfill what you have set out to do in the long term.
