Jue Wayan. 26 years old. Mother.
Before I started my career in the fitness industry I was very overweight, unhappy with life and had very low self esteem. Then I made the biggest choice of my life and that was change. I was ready for a "lifestyle change". I knew exactly what I had to do. I had to change my eating habits, be more active and wrote down positive ideas to help me succeed. I was setting up small and short term goals and within 8 months I was a 30kg lighter, fitter, stronger, healthier, happier mum and was ready for my next challenge.
My next goal was to be able to help others achieve what I have achieved. I studied for 1 year and completed my certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness at Loftus TAFE in Sutherland. Then I registered myself under Fitness NSW. I have been in the fitness industry for 2 years and have never looked back. I love what I do. My drive is seeing my clients succeed.
